Whenever anyone talks about racing games they usually mean the ones where you’re racing cars. Those are a lot of fun, but bike racing games don’t get enough credit. Even if you don’t own a motorbike you will enjoy playing them. If your wife has banned you from buying a real bike an Android game is probably the closest you’ll get to riding one.
There are actually quite a lot of games on the market at the moment that you’re sure to love, so let’s check a few of them out. Some of them are completely different, so even if you don’t think you like the look of one you will probably like some of the others.
Bike Race Free
This game definitely doesn’t have the greatest graphics in the world, but the gameplay is second to none which certainly makes up for it. The controls are simple: just tilt your device if you want the bike to lean and press the screen when you want to go a little faster. There are tons of great tracks to race on and plenty of bikes to keep you entertained. You also get to perform some cool stunts.
Any game with the word death in the title won’t be like your average racing game. Maybe you played Road Rage back in the olden days and this game is similar, because you get to throw weapons at your fellow racers and you can pull them off their bikes. It’s a dog eat dog world, but don’t forget to pick up your precious nitrogen as you’re racing otherwise you will start to slow down.
Drag Racing: Bike Edition
All the games we’ve spoken about so far aren’t exactly realistic because they’re purely arcade racers. If you want something to remind you of really being on a bike you can try out this game because the physics are a lot more real. The graphics are also high-quality which makes it one of the most realistic bike racers on the market. When you get bored of playing by yourself you can then play online with other people.
It’s hard to race down a road when there aren’t any cars on the road, so can you imagine doing it when it’s busy? You will be afraid to touch the screen to accelerate in case you smash into one, but you’ll have to get over it if you want to beat your time. Don’t forget to collect the coins as you’re driving along some beautiful tracks that include forests and snowy mountains.
This game is similar to the last one we talked about, but it’s still different enough to be exciting so you will want to check it out. You won’t want to slow down because it will reduce the amount of points you collect, so you will have to get used to driving very fast at all times. Just make sure you don’t smash into any traffic or it will turn into a flying game.
