Remember the Hot or Not website from back in the day? It used to be really popular about 15 years ago. This Hot Or Not app doesn’t seem to be associated with that website.
It takes the same premise and you rate users as hot or not. To use this Hot or Not app, you have to log in with your Facebook account. Hot or Not takes your Facebook profile picture as the picture to be rated. If 2 users rate each other as hot, it’s registered as a match and you can view your matches.
Hot or Not just came out so there’s not very many users as of the moment. The pictures aren’t very clear. I used a picture of an Android and was able to get 2 people to match out of 19 votes (I rated everybody as hot). Hot or Not can be used for a quick laugh, but it’s annoying that you have to log into Facebook to be able to use it. After you log into Facebook, it puts a posting on your Facebook wall saying you are using Hot or Not. I don’t like Apps automatically posting to my wall! It can only use your Facebook profile pic. You can’t upload a different picture to use. I’m not keen on Hot or Not.
