Pro Basketball Scores is a good app, but would be a great App if it fixed a few things.
# 1. It takes a while to load and it accesses the gps at start up. I’m not sure why it would need to access the GPS, there’s no option to track teams closest to your location.
#2. I doesn’t save your teams when you select “my teams” to track. It supposed to save, but it wasn’t working for me. Every time I restarted the app, “my teams” would be blank, even though I saved them before.
#3. The latest news option doesn’t work
Now on to what this App does well.
There’s a bar at the top that scrolls through the scores of the night. Click on the score and it will show the stats from the game. Assist, rebounds and points will be listed. There’s another tab for a recap of the game and a tab for chat. The chat function is cool so you can trash talk throughout the game.
There’s options to list all the scores from the night or previous nights, standings, and the 2 options that didn’t work (“my teams” and latest news).
If this app fixed the few things that didn’t work, I’d be inclined to use it more.
Edit – I’m not sure if it’s on the Android Market anymore.
