I’ve got to say SportsTap is one of the best sports event tracking apps I’ve tried. It tracks various sports from different leagues. The sports it tracks are as listed:
Football – NFL, NCAA, AFL, and CFL
MLB
Basketball – NBA and NCAA (Womans and Mens)
NHL
Auto Racing – NASCAR (Sprint Cup, Nationwide Series, Truck Series) F1 and Indy Car
Futbol (Soccer) – England, Italia, Espana, Germany, France, Scotland, Dutch, USA, Brasil, Argentina, Mexico, UEFA Cup, UEFA Champions and World Cup
Golf – PGA, LPGA, Champions, Nationwide, Europe, and Canada
Tennis – ATP and WTA
As a bonus, the 2010 Winter Olympics is going on and it’s tracking the Winter Olympics.
For each sport it displays recent stats, results, standings, news and photos. For some of the sports, such as basketball and football, it will also show game projections (the favorite and underdog, top player stats), spread, over under, scores from their last games, and a preview of the game.
Set up “Favorite Teams” from NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA Football and Men’s Basketball. Then set up alerts when your favorite team plays.
This is the most comprehensive sports tracking app I’ve tried.
